Kenitan is operated by JVE Freelance, established in The Netherlands. This Payment Policy applies to orders placed within the United States.

If a payment is declined, fails, or is flagged for review, the order will not be confirmed or fulfilled.

An order confirmation email will be sent once your payment has been successfully processed.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed on Kenitan are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

We currently do not charge sales tax at checkout.

Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees depending on your payment method and issuing country. Kenitan is not responsible for such additional charges.

We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details on our servers.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

We encourage customers to contact us directly at info@kenitan.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be formally disputed. Initiating a payment dispute may delay the resolution process while the payment provider investigates the case.

6. Fraud Prevention

Kenitan reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violation.

Additional identity verification may be requested for high-value or flagged transactions.
